SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

Shipping Policy

We work with FedEx, UPS, and the USPS to ship your items as quickly as possible; however, we do ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your merchandise to arrive before contacting with inquiries unless express shipping has been chosen.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS and FedEx. The calculated shipping fees reflected are not including customs fee that you might have to pay upon delivery. Customs fees are required by some countries and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any customs fee that you have to pay. Please check with your local post office for any rules and regulations regarding customs.

Refund & Return Policy

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a merchandise refund or an exchange. Refund does not include cost of shipping. Fine Points Inc will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
